1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeerwin website, downloading any associated application, creating a player account, or placing any form of wager or bet on our platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using jeerwin and close your account.

This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered players, and any other parties who interact with jeerwin in any capacity. It governs your access to and use of the platform's casino games, sportsbook, crash games (including Aviator and Triple), live casino tables, promotional programs, and all payment and account management functions.

jeerwin reserves the right to request that you re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, particularly following a material update. Failure to re-confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary restriction of account access until confirmation is provided.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain a jeerwin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jeerwin strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 18. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally regardless of local laws in any jurisdiction that may set a different age threshold.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to hold a jeerwin account.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on jeerwin. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from jeerwin or any other gambling platform in a manner that would make your participation on jeerwin a breach of that exclusion commitment.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided to jeerwin must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false personal details, including a falsified date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jeerwin services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

jeerwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National ID (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by a competent authority.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document clearly displaying your date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months and displaying your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account, or USDT wallet used to make deposits on the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your jeerwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jeerwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeerwin support immediately at support@jeerwin.

jeerwin reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes that registration information is false, that the player is ineligible, or that account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jeerwin supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless the player has explicitly selected USDT as their deposit currency. jeerwin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, standard network or gateway fees imposed by third-party providers (such as bKash transaction charges or USDT TRC-20 gas fees) may apply and are borne by the player.

Supported deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and USDT via the TRC-20 network. The minimum deposit amount across all mobile money methods is ৳300. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers and USDT may differ and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposit Processing: Mobile money deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jeerwin wallet in real time. Bank transfers are typically processed within one to two business hours. USDT deposits are credited within approximately ten minutes of blockchain confirmation.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. jeerwin does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own verified name.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to compliance checks. During peak periods or following large withdrawal amounts, additional verification steps may be required, which can extend processing time.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods. Minimum USDT withdrawal thresholds will be displayed at the time of the request in the cashier.

5 Bonus & Promotions

jeerwin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup.

All bonuses and promotions at jeerwin are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The following general bonus rules apply platform-wide:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the bonus offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount applies.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on jeerwin contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute between 10% and 25%; crash games contribution rates are specified per bonus. Check the individual bonus terms for contribution percentages.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that remain unused or where wagering requirements have not been met within 30 days of the bonus being credited will expire and be removed from the player's account without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms. Requesting a second bonus while a first is active may result in one of the bonuses being voided at jeerwin's discretion.
• Abuse Prevention: jeerwin actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedge bets to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk, and coordinated abuse across player networks. Detected abuse results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, jeerwin reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount from the withdrawal before processing.

jeerwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have accepted a bonus and begun wagering will be given reasonable notice of any material change to the terms of that specific bonus where technically feasible.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeerwin. Any player found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, all bonus and bonus-derived balances voided, and — where applicable — relevant information reported to appropriate legal or financial authorities.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one jeerwin account using any combination of personal details, device identifiers, or payment methods.
• False Identity: Registering with false personal information, using another person's identity, or submitting forged KYC documents.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access jeerwin services while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker-format or tournament-format games.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, circumvent game mechanics, or gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with a payment provider after funds have been credited to a jeerwin account and used for wagering.
• Money Laundering: Using jeerwin as a vehicle to launder funds of any origin. Deposits must represent legitimate personal funds belonging to the account holder.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, errors, or latency in games or payment systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Harassment: Using jeerwin communication channels to harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate other players, support agents, or platform staff.

7 Responsible Gaming

jeerwin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become a source of harm rather than entertainment. The responsible gaming tools and policies described in this section are designed to give players practical control over their gambling behaviour.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming controls via their account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours after any limit reduction.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined time period. When the threshold is reached, betting and gaming activity is automatically suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may define a maximum continuous session duration. jeerwin will display a pop-up notification when the session time limit is approaching and will log the player out when the limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cool-off of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off, the account is inaccessible and no promotional communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is causing them serious harm may request a full self-exclusion of between six months and five years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of a written request to support@jeerwin. During a self-exclusion period, the account is permanently locked, all marketing is suppressed, and re-registration is blocked.

8 Limitation of Liability

jeerwin provides its gaming and betting services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates continuously without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. jeerwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance windows, or unplanned technical outages that prevent access to games or account functions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Loss of data resulting from events outside jeerwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, device failures, or network congestion on Bangladeshi mobile networks.
• Any reliance placed by a player on information, promotions, or odds displayed on jeerwin that were subsequently found to contain a material error.
• Financial losses sustained by a player as a result of gambling activity on jeerwin. Players accept that gambling involves risk and that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome of participation.

In all cases where jeerwin is found to bear liability to a player, the maximum aggregate liability of jeerwin shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to jeerwin in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Amendments & Termination

jeerwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jeerwin will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless urgent legal or security circumstances require an immediate amendment.

Players who do not agree with any amended Terms & Conditions may close their account before the effective date of the changes and withdraw any remaining real-money balance, provided KYC verification has been completed and there are no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Account Closure by the Player: You may close your jeerwin account at any time by contacting support@jeerwin with a written closure request. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

Account Closure by jeerwin: jeerwin reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, chargebacks, or any other activity that jeerwin reasonably considers harmful to the platform or its player community. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

10 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of jeerwin are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jeerwin operates as an English-language platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh and takes all reasonable steps to ensure that its services are delivered in a manner consistent with the responsible gaming standards accepted by internationally recognised gaming industry bodies.

jeerwin does not make any representation that the use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jeerwin is permitted in your country or region of residence. If you access jeerwin from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and jeerwin bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.

Any dispute between you and jeerwin arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration shall be governed by internationally recognised arbitration rules and conducted by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforc eable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any single provision shall not affect the validity of the Agreement as a whole.
